The assets are multiple shares of fields at different locations, in Agios Dimitrianos, Paphos. They are near the village’s centre, as well as near Psathi and Melamiou villages. The 15 fields together have a combined area of 115.274sqm of which the weighted area amounts to 15,608sqm as per share, however, without a distribution agreement. The fields have either irregular or relatively regular shapes with even or sloped surfaces. The fields abut a non-registered road, apart from fields with reg.no. 0/3381 & 0/2482 that abut a registered road. Within field with Registration Number 0/2482, there is an old building with a collapsed roof with approx. built area of 60sqm. The wider area of the assets comprises mainly of agricultural land and sporadic residential developments.
